How to hide apps on Galaxy Note10+

Your Galaxy Note10+ comes with preinstalled apps. While most of these apps have their uses, some may be considered “bloatware” or do not serve any meaningful purpose for some users. Unfortunately, preinstalled apps or apps that originally come with the software can’t be deleted from the system. However, you can remove their shortcuts from the Home screen. If you want to declutter your Home screen by removing unwanted apps, follow these steps:

  1. Swipe up on the Home screen to launch the Apps tray.
  2. Swipe left or right to locate the app.
  3. Long touch the app until the following menu appears:
    • Select items
    • Remove from home
    • Disable / Uninstall
    • App info
  4. Tap Remove from Home. This should remove the app from the home screen.
