Unfortunately, preinstalled apps or apps that originally come with the software can’t be deleted from the system. However, you can remove their shortcuts from the Home screen. - Swipe up on the Home screen to launch the Apps tray.
- Swipe left or right to locate the app.
- Long touch the app until the following menu appears:
- Select items
- Remove from home
- Disable / Uninstall
- App info
- Tap Remove from Home. This should remove the app from the home screen.
