Step 2: Follow Us on Facebook Before we can assist you, we require you to follow our Facebook page. This ensures we can respond to your question. We only respond to private Facebook messages, and we only respond to followers.

Click on the ‘Like’ button so that you can receive our responses. Due to the number of requests, we can only respond to people that follow our page.

Step 3: Post Your Question Once you’ve followed our Facebook page, contact us using the Contact Us button next to the “Like botton.”

Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue you’re facing. This will help us provide you with the most accurate and effective solution.

Step 4: Wait for Our Response We value all our followers and strive to answer every question as quickly as possible. Please be patient while we get to your issue. In the meantime, feel free to browse through our previous posts. You might find a solution or useful tips there.

Step 5: Check Your Notifications Keep an eye on your Facebook notifications. When we reply to your question, you’ll get a notification. Clicking on it will take you directly to our response.

Step 6: Implement the Suggested Solution Once you’ve received our response, try to implement the solution we’ve suggested. Most of the time, this will resolve your issue. If not, don’t worry! Respond to our comment, and we’ll continue to assist you until your issue is fully resolved.
