  1. Open YouTube app.

    The YouTube app icon is usually grouped among other Google apps and services in the G-suite or Google folder.To access the G-suite, swipe up from the bottom of the Home screen.   2. Scroll down to the bottom of the YouTube app screen then tap Library.

  • Open the app then tap on your profile picture on the top-rightmost corner of the screen. 
  • Scroll down and tap Settings from the given options.
  • From the Settings menu, tap Downloads

This will lead you to the same Downloads screen where you can find the option to Delete all downloads.
