How to Customize Galaxy S20 Themes with stock Galaxy Themes
Wondering how to change or customize the Galaxy S20 themes according to your liking? If you’re new to Android and need some input on how to do so, then this post is for you. Here’s a quick guide on how to customize the themes on a Galaxy S20 smartphone.
Like any other phones, the galaxy s20 display comes with default settings that likely represents its branding. While most people would prefer to leave it as is, others don’t as they prefer to have their phone’s display represent their own likes and preferences. Thankfully, these smartphones are programmed to offer some ways for users to customize the settings based on their own proclivity.

Easy steps to Customize Galaxy S20 Themes

The following steps will walk you through changing or customizing the themes on your new Samsung Galaxy S20 smartphone. The actual menu options and items may vary between device models. Just refer to the screenshots in case you’re having trouble following the given instructions.
Touch and hold on an empty space on the Home screen, to get started.
Doing so will launch Home screen items and relevant features.
Tap Themes to continue.
On the next screen, you will see a list of different Galaxy Themes to choose from.Scroll down to view more themes available for your S20.
Tap on the Top tab.
Top-rated themes will then be sorted and displayed.
Tap the All drop-down icon on the upper-left side of the screen.
This will show up quick theme categories. You can choose any from Paid or Free themes, as you would prefer.
To continue with this guide, let's select Free so tap Free.
Free themes for your Galaxy S20 will then show up.
Scroll to and find the theme you'd like to use.
A new screen showing more details of the selected theme will be displayed.
Read and review the theme description and reviews to find out how others have rated this theme. Then tap Download to continue.
The download progress bar will then initiate.
Wait for the theme to finish downloading and once it's done, tap the Apply button twice to confirm.
The current theme will then be replaced by the one you’ve downloaded recently.

The Galaxy Themes is Samsung’s very own premium decorative content service that offers a wide range of stock and new themes and wallpapers. The theme is the general appearance of all display functions of your phone.
Although free themes on Galaxy Themes’ directory do offer a wide variety of options, most of them aren’t stable or glitchy and may not suit your taste. In this case, you can try searching for more decent and premium themes from the Paid category. Most, if not all paid themes are more stable and incessantly updated by their respective developers. Hence, paid themes are more reliable than the free ones. Nonetheless, free themes are still best when it comes to making practical choices.
Samsung also released a new app that lets you create your own themes. You can make use of this app, if you don’t like any of the themes offered in the Galaxy Themes. The app is called Theme Park.
With Theme Park you can decide which color you’d like to assign for the theme based on the colors it detects in the image. It generally works by extracting dominant colors from wallpaper and then automatically creates a theme based on the user’s style and colors. That said, you can create a more personalized theme to use on your phone.
The Theme Park can be downloaded from the Galaxy Store on your galaxy s20 and other Samsung Galaxy devices running Android 10 and later.
