Samsung has uncovered the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 for the American markets with a price tag of $279. Verizon is selling the smartphone right away while carriers like AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular will reportedly launch it over the coming weeks.The tablet was leaked in its entirety a couple of weeks ago, so its arrival was expected. Verizon customers can get it shipped to their homes right away while other carriers will wait for a couple of weeks to release the tablet. For those unaware, the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 was revealed extensively in a leak not too long ago, and unfortunately, there are no surprises here. The tablet carries a sleek design with a metal frame, so this is a big upgrade from older-gen Galaxy Tabs.
