It’s on the left side of the Home button and is indicated by three vertical lines. Once you tap this button, you will be taken to the Recent Apps screen where you can see all the active and running apps.

By default, your S10 should be using the standard navigation buttons. If you change it to Full screen gestures, simply swipe up on the lower left portion of the screen to pull up Recent Apps screen. To change back to standard navigation buttons, just go to Settings > Display > Navigation bar.
