How to troubleshoot Galaxy Note 9 with WiFi connection that keeps dropping

To ensure that the problem you’re dealing with is not isolated to the browser app you’re using, try to use other browser available. If you’re experiencing random disconnects or Wi-Fi drops using the stock or built-in browser app on your Galaxy Note 9, then try to use Google Chrome browser or other credible apps to browse the Internet. If the problem occurs regardless of the browser app in use, then try these subsequent solutions to troubleshoot and clear out software problems on your device. First solution: Reboot wireless router/modem then soft reset your phone.
