Solution 2: Try running Rocket League as an administrator

There’s a possibility that the game is unable to access certain Windows components which is why you are experiencing this launch problem. In order to fix this you need to make sure that the game can access these Windows components by running the game as an administrator.

Run game as administrator

  1. Right click on the Rocket League game.
