Samsung’s 2023 model QN85c no longer supports ARC, only e-ARC. They did it last month in an irreversible update. It says so in their trouble shooting section, TV is too big to tilt and twist around to try all those foolish plug and unplug fixes and they aren’t the cause anyway. It’s hooked the same as before and now it sucks.
