S3 Stuck In Samsung Boot Logo

Problem: Heloo. My galaxy s3 has got a problem. As you may know the first picture to be seen on galaxy s3 is a picture of the phone’s status which is “Samsung galaxys III gt-I9305T” My phone is stuck on that picture and doesn’t go any further in another word the phone is not running up. I pulled out the battery many times but that didn’t work. Also when I plug the charger in, the picture of the battery which must be shown when the phone is off while charging, is shown but doesn’t show that its charging. Its just showing a picture of the battery and a loading circle at the centre of it. Pleas help me to get that solved I have many useful data on the storage. Also I’m pretty sure that would cost a lot if I bring it to a Samsung repair shop.

Solution:Here’s what you need to do to fix this issue without losing the data on your phone. Try a battery pull first. Take out the phone battery (and the microSD card if you have one installed) then press and hold the power button for at least a minute. Reinsert the battery (leave the microSD out) then try to turn on your phone.

If your phone is still stuck on the Samsung logo then proceed with wiping the cache partition of your phone.

  • Turn off the device.
  • Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time: Volume Up key, Home key, Power key
  • When the phone vibrates, let go of the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key.
  • When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
  • Press the Volume Down key to highlight ‘wipe cache partition.’
  • Press the Power key to select and wipe the cache.
  • With ‘reboot system now’ highlighted, press the Power key to restart the device.

If the issue still persists then you will have to consider doing a factory reset. Take note that this procedure will delete your phone data.

Help!, i dont know what to do next.

Solution: It appears that there is a problem writing the data back into your phone. Try to use a different USB cable as well as a different computer running Odin to perform the same procedure. If the issue still persists then this may already be a motherboard issue. I suggest you have your phone checked at an autorized service center.

S3 Stuck On Boot Logo

Problem: My samsung galaxy s3 neo stuck on boot where showing SAMSUNG.Will you please tell me how to take backup in stuck mode,at least photos from phone memory.. if u can please reply ASAP.

Solution:There is no way you can backup your phone data that is stored in the internal memory if your phone is stuck on its boot logo. You need to have your phone boot up properly first to access your data.

There are two troubleshooting steps that you can perform that will not affect your phone data.

First, you can do a battery pull. Take out your phone battery and microSD card. Press and hold the power button for at least a minute. Reinsert the battery then turn on your phone.

Second, if the issue still persists then wipe the cache partition of your phone.
