Problem: I don’t have any sound incoming calls or outgoing calls no audio and when I try to turn up my phone it say set sounds in accessibility settings but I don’t know what that is can someone please fix my samsung galaxy s6 asap or troubleshoot it or something

Solution: Does this issue only occur when you are in a call? If it does then you should follow the troubleshooting steps listed below to fix this problem.

  • Make sure that the sound settings in your phone is set to maximum.
  • Start the phone in Safe Mode. Does the issue still occur in this mode? If it doesn’t then the problem could be caused by an app you installed. Find out what app this is and uninstall it.
  • It’s been known that a bad SIM tray or improperly placed SIM card can cause this issue. Turn off the phone then remove the SIM card. Reinsert the SIM making sure that it is inserted properly then turn on your phone. Check if the issue still occurs.
  • Make sure your phone is running on an updated software version.
  • Backup your phone data then do a factory reset.

If the above steps fails to fix the problem then this could already be a hardware related issue. You will have to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked if this is the case.

S6 Keeps Dropping Out Of Calls

Problem: My phone had a bit of water spilt on it and now when I make phone calls people on the other end say I keep dropping out  and they can’t hear me very weLl  the speakers work fine and I can hear them perfectly is there anything I can do

Solution: The microphone of your phone might have been affected by the water. Follow the troubleshooting steps listed below to fix this problem.

  • Make sure that the phone does not have moisture inside it by placing the device in a bag of rice for at least 48 hours. The rice will absorb the moisture inside the phone. Once this is done check if the issue still occurs.
  • Check if the problem is a network issue by going to a different area. Make sure that the area has a great signal strength on the phone before making a call. Does the problem still occur? If it doesn’t then this might be a network related issue.

S6 Making Random Sounds

Problem: my Galaxy S6 is making chiming or ringing sounds seemingly randomly all day long I have already shut off the notification reminder is suggestive and one of your steps above but it just rings once to three times in succession every 15-20 minutes all day long I don’t know what is making it do that

Related Problem: Despite ensuring that all notification sounds are turned off, I am still getting random meeping sounds when I launch an app.  I’ve cleaned the system and run a security scan, tried all your tricks, but still getting it.  It’s not a notification, it’s just randomly “meeping” for no obvious reason!  HELP!

Solution: What you should do right now is to check if an app you downloaded is causing this problem. To do this just start the phone in Safe Mode. If you don’t experience the problem in this mode then it could be caused by an app you downloaded. Find out what app this is and uninstall it. If the issue still occurs even in Safe Mode then you should backup your phone data then do a factory reset.

S6 Volume Down Button Not Working

Problem: I got water on the top of my Galaxy s6.  It would not boot up.  I took it to a cell phone repair place.  They cleaned it.  The only problem I seem to have now is that the volume down button does not work and it is stuck in safe mode.  It keeps wanting to install an update that keeps failing.

Solution: Unfortunately in this case the phone has to be opened and examined as to why the volume down button is failing to work. You will need to bring the phone to a service center again and have it checked.
