S6 Edge Plus Screen Shows Black And Green Color

Problem: All of sudden my phone screen turned into different colors and now it shows moving black line and green color .. phone screen does not work until i press power button for 4 to 5 times and when the screen is off or on charging it shows black and green color. reply asap

Solution: Have you dropped your phone recently? If you have dropped your phone then this particular issue can occur if the display has been damaged. If you haven’t dropped your phone then you can check if this issue is caused by a software glitch by doing a factory reset from the recovery mode. Take note that this will delete your phone data. In case this doesn’t fix the problem then you should bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.

S6 Edge Plus MMS Not Working

Problem: I have a Samsung galaxy S6 edge plus was verizon phone but now is a H20 and my mms was working fine but now stop working i can’t send pict no more, i ll try everything but still don’t work

Solution: Since this is previously a Verizon phone then there’s a possibility that it is still set with the Verizon APN. What you need to do is to change the APN settings of your phone to that if the H20 network.

S6 Edge Plus Software Could Not Be Updated

Problem: I own and use Samsung S6 Edge Plus for 2 years. I had no problem until June 2017 ( I guess around this time ). Then a software update problem started. The device tries but cannot make software update and then this message only appears without any error code: “Software couldn’t be updated. Product information couldnt be updated. Go to a Samsung service. ” Is it possible to solve this update problem without any service support?

Solution: There are several conditions that your phone must meet first in order for it to get the needed software updates.

• Your phone must not be rooted
• Your phone must not be running on a custom software
• If you had your phone unlocked then it should be running on its original network in order for it to access the update servers,

In case your phone meets the conditions listed above and it is still not getting updates then try using Smart Switch to update your phone. It’s best if you backup your phone data then do a factory reset on the phone before using Smart Switch.

If the phone software is still not updated then you should consider flashing the phone with its updated firmware file. You can download the firmware file from the Sammobile website which is also where you can get the instructions on how to flash your phone.

S6 Edge Plus Screen Went Blank While Watching YouTube

Problem: Hi i was watching youtube on my samsung phone when suddenly my lcd monitor went blank.. tried to restart my phone but its not responding but i notice there are lights below aside from the home button

Solution: What you will want to do first in this case is to perform a simulated battery pull. This is done by pressing and holding both the power and volume down button for at least 10 seconds. If the phone does not restart then the next step is to charge it first for at least 20 minutes then try turning the phone on again. If the issue persists then you should bring this to a service center and have it checked.

S6 Edge Plus Screen Is Frozen After Phone Got Wet

Problem: Um about 3 months ago i dropped my phone in the water and it didn’t want to turn on so i let it dry, now it turns on but the screen is frozen can you help me make the screen work please.

Solution: The best thing that you can do right now is to turn off the phone then place it in a bag of rice for at least 48 hours. This will eliminate any moisture inside the phone. Once this is done try to check if the issue still occurs. If it does then the problem could already be caused by a water damaged display. The best thing to do right now is to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.
