How To Fix The Error Code 0x80070102 On Xbox Series S

The error code 0x80070102 may pop up if your console is having a hard time downloading your profile information from Xbox Live. It can be due to a few factors that disrupt the connection between your console and Microsoft servers. 

Needless to say, it’s not really a serious problem as you may be able to fix it by doing even the most basic troubleshooting procedures. Sometimes, it can even be fixed on its own without you doing anything.

Fix #1: Make sure you have an Internet connection
