First solution: Force close background apps then restart.

- Then tap OK to confirm.
You may have to uninstall your recently downloaded apps one by one if you couldn’t figure out which app is the culprit. You can always reinstall safe apps later.
Third solution: Wipe cache partition on your Xperia L2.
Temporary files that are stored as cache on your phone’s internal memory or system partition will also trigger the same issue to arise especially when the get corrupted. The more cache files stacked in the system cache partition, the more likely they can become errant. To prevent this from happening, wiping the cache partition is recommended.
