Method 1: How to hard reset on Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) via Settings Menu

If Settings menu is accessible and you have no trouble loading it up, this should be your first choice in doing a factory reset. All you have to do is go under Settings and follow the steps to reset the device. Be sure to create a backup of your personal data and remove your Google account.   11. It may take a few moments to wipe the phone. Just be patient and wait for the device to complete the process.
