- Samsung is reportedly fulfilling pre-orders of the galaxy s20 already by shipping them to the customers.
- the galaxy s20 is expected to hit shelves by the 6th of March, so those who opted for in-store pickup with their order may have to wait until Friday.
- There’s currently no confirmation on when the carriers will ship the smartphones, but T-Mobile is believed to have shipped some units already.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 went up on pre-order not too long ago. The smartphone is expected to be available on the shelves by this Friday. However, as per some reports, if you pre-ordered the smartphone, it should arrive anytime now. Multiple users are reportedly getting their pre-orders delivered today.
This is not new by any means as the company has done this in the past as well. This is one of the biggest advantages of pre-ordering a Galaxy flagship as soon as the window opens.
While a majority of these pre-orders were fulfilled by Samsung, it is said that Best Buy also has a similar plan in place. Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to apply to in-store pickup, which will likely be possible only on March 6.
In most cases, customers in the U.S. who pre-ordered the galaxy s20 Ultra or its variants should be getting their orders fulfilled over the next 24 hours. While it’s not clear if carriers have begun doing the same, there are reports of some T-Mobile customers getting their pre-orders delivered.
Samsung’s three new flagships, the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and the galaxy s20 Ultra have leaked extensively ahead of their official unveiling, which meant its features and hardware were barely a secret. However, the smartphone has managed to build some traction in the mobile industry, particularly the Ultra variant for its massive camera with impressive zooming abilities.
