Solution: Since you have already made sure that the mobile network is not causing the problem then the next step you should do is to make sure that your phone is running on the latest software update. These updates usually have bug fixes that resolves known issues. If your phone is already running on the latest software version then you will need to uninstall the Pokemon Go app then install a fresh version from the Google Play Store. Before running the app make sure that you are able to go online with your phone using your mobile data subscription. If you are unable to go online using a mobile data connection then you should make sure that your phone has the correct APN settings.
In case the above steps fails to fix the problem then you should consider doing a factory reset. Make sure to backup your phone data before doing the reset.
S9+ Facebook Prompts To Update Profile
Problem: I am having an issue with my Facebook account. It keeps telling me to update my profile, when I click on it, it takes me to a blank page. I have tried many of the suggestions prior to sending you this email. I can’t figure it out. I am just really confused on what I am doing wrong. I also use my iPad for a lot of things and have a app code generator set up to login for both devices. I am using Puffin Web browser to log in to my Facebook account under the same credentials as my Android, since Apple doesn’t support Adobe flash player. I don’t have a second mobile number to help me login to Facebook under different credentials. Apple will not update Puffin browser. It’s 5.2 version on my iPad and it’s 7.2 version on my S9 plus.
Solution: You should try accessing your Facebook account from a computer browser then update your profile. Once this is done try to check if the issue still occurs. If it does then you should consider downloading the Facebook app in your phone instead of logging in using the Puffin web browser.
S9+ Cannot Update JW Library App
Problem: Ever since i bought the S9+ i have been having troubles updating the “JW Library” APP. I mean, i can download it but i can not update the App and also the App is always closing it says ‘Unfortunately *** Has stopped”.Secondly, Most of the pictures i had taken are not in the Gallery. Secondly, I am trying to move files from my PC to the phone and it can not transfer, this includes when i try to transfer songs through Bluetooth as well. But so far, everything is ok.
Solution: To fix this problem you should make sure that the phone is running on the latest software version. If it already is then uninstall the JW Library app from your phone then install a fresh version from the Google Play Store. This newly installed app will be the latest version available.
Regarding the transferring of files there are various factors that can cause this problem. Are you getting an error message when transferring the files? Depending on the error message that you get we can then get a clue on what exactly is causing the problem.

- Tap on the file manager of your computer
- You can now copy a file on your computer to your phone

Problem: Since I had my last software update I have problems with a certain app (smart aligner windy) . The app works fine to complete the needed task. But when trying to send the test results via email the app just crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck.
