J7 Keeps On Getting Software Update Notification

Problem: Hello I have a J7 and I’m having the same issue as the other phones, where it says I have a software update to install I install it then I’m told I still have an update it install. I’ve already tried wiping the cache partition but it is still not fixed. Any tips to fix this?

Solution: If the notification that you are getting is a different software version then its best if you let the update proceed. SometImes it will just freeze and stop responding and I will have to  do a soft reset again .Now it’s hot here in the UAE and anytime I go outside the heat makes my phone to shut down and doesn’t power on again. I will restart the phone then only the Android logo appears on it with a notification not to interrupt the reboot or power off the device, but it will stay like that and never respond . Most often, when I charge the device,I will only come to discover that it was shot down and when it’s off it doesn’t continue charging.
