If you don’t want to use one of the default ringtones, you can load a music file to your Samsung device and use it as a ringtone. To copy a music file from your PC to your Samsung, follow this post.
You won’t be able to use downloaded music or songs from streaming apps like Spotify. Although downloaded files may be saved temporarily in your device, streaming services have limited terms and conditions that restrict songs from being used by a user for say, as a ringtone. If you intend on using a certain audio file or music as a personal ringtone, make sure that you download it as a separate music file to your Samsung device first.
