A3 Not Connecting To Wi-Fi Network

Problem: My phone can’t log on to the WiFi as long as the network needs to be changed passwords.  Our company asks to change our passwords every three month for security safe.  However my phone stopped connecting after a few times passwords change.   It shows authority errors and failed to connect to the WiFi.  Please help me to solve this important issue.   No one can survive without internet.  Thank you.

Solution: The first thing that you should do in this particular case is to forget the Wi-Fi network from your phone then connect to it again. In case the phone is unable to connect and an error message shows up you should contact the IT department of your company as there might be certain Wi-Fi settings that need to be changed in your phone in order to connect to the network. If no special settings are required and your phone is still unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network then you should consider performing a factory reset. Make sure to backup your phone data before doing a factory reset.

A3 Screen Not Working After Getting Wet

Problem: I dropped it in the toilet out my back pocket and it was in the water for not even a second. Later that day the screen didn’t work. The two lights next to the home screen button still turn on when i press that button and I can still adjust volume .. but screen is black and computers don’t pick up the device . Please advise.

Solution: Since your phone got wet then you will need to place the phone in a bag of rice for at least 48 hours. The rice will absorb the moisture inside the phone. Once this is done try starting the phone and check if the screen works. If it still doesn’t work then it’s likely that the display or some other component has been water damaged. The best thing that you can do right now is to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.

A3 Camera Failed Error

Problem: Galaxy A3. – Camera failed. I have done a factory restore, cleared cache etc tried to download Ace Camera cause I couldn’t find Google Camera. I wanted to take the battery out, but seems that isn’t an option. Do you have any other ideas for me? My phone was stolen on Friday and this is my husbands work phone that I am borrowing, but the camera has never worked for him either.

Solution: If a factory reset fails to fix the problem then this is most likely caused by a faulty camera module. The best thing that you need to do right now is to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.

A3 Message Stopped Working Error

Problem: Can’t open messages. I get “message stopped working” message that flashes on screen for a second. Have tried your trouble shooting methods but still can’t open messages Samsung A3(2016.

Solution: You should try clearing the cache and data of the text messaging app from the application manager then check if the issue still occurs. If it does then proceed with the troubleshooting steps listed below.

  • Start the phone in Safe Mode. Check if the issue still occurs in this mode. If it doesn’t then the problem could be caused by an app you installed. Find out what app this is and uninstall it.
  • Wipe the cache partition of the phone from the recovery mode.
  • Backup your phone data then do a factory reset.

A3 Google Stopped Working

Problem: Recently my Google stopped working. It just goes back to the home screen. I’ve tried updating just Google but it didn’t help. Is there any way for me to correct my goggle and goggle play issues

Solution: You should try going to the application manager of the phone then clear the cache and data of the Google apps. Once this is done restart the phone then check if the issue still occurs. If it does then proceed with the troubleshooting steps listed below.

  • Start the phone in Safe Mode. When the phone operates in this mode only the pre-installed apps are allowed to run. Check if the issue occurs. If it doesn’t then it could be caused by an app you downloaded. Find out what app this is and uninstall it.
  • Wipe the cache partition of the phone from the recovery mode.
  • Backup your phone data then do a factory reset.

A3 Randomly Turns Off

Problem: Sometimes it works and sometimes it won’t. Sometimes the phone just shuts off and won’t turn back on for hours upon hours. Right now it will turn on and then when I unlock it, it shuts off. I have tried everything. Please help.

Solution: Does your phone have a microSD card installed? If it does then try removing it first as this might be causing the problem. In case your phone does not have a microSD card or if the issue still occurs even with the card removed then proceed with the troubleshooting steps listed below.

  • Start the phone in Safe Mode then check if the issue occurs in this mode. If it doesn’t then it could be caused by an app you downloaded. Find out what app this is and uninstall it.
  • Wipe the cache partition of the phone from the recovery mode.
  • Backup your phone data then do a factory reset.

In case the issue still occurs even after performing the steps listed above then you should bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.

A3 Can’t Reply To Picture Messages

Problem:  I cannot reply to picture text messages. I’ve done clear messages cache, soft reset, hard reset, changed Sim cards. Still just takes sometimes 20 min to reply to picture text messages.

Solution: Since you have already performed the recommended troubleshooting steps for this particular problem then this is likely a connection related problem. Picture messages require a mobile data connection to work. If you are in an area that has a spotty mobile data connection or if the signal you are getting is not LTE then it will take some time for the picture message to be sent out.
