Here’s what you need to do to fix this problem.

Solution 1: Make sure your computer can run the game

The first thing you will want to do when the game won’t start is to check your computer hardware and match this with the game’s system requirements. Your Pc should meet at least the minimum system requirements to play the game properly.

OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit

Processor: Intel Core i5-5200U 2.2Hz

Memory: 4 GB RAM

Solution 2: Update your Windows operating system

Updating graphics driver

Right click on the Start button.

Click on Device Manager.

Click the arrow before Display adapters.

Right click on the selected graphics card then choose Update driver.

Select Search automatically for drivers.

You can also update your graphics drivers using the Nvidia GeForce Experience app if you have an Nvidia card or the Radeon Software if you are using a Radeon card.

Right click on the MIR4 application from its installation folder.
