  5. At Print Spooler Properties screen, stay on General tab.
  6. Make sure to set Startup Type to Automatic.
  7. Click Apply to apply changes made.
  8. Click OK to Exit Properties window.
  9. Exit Services window.
  10. After enabling Print spooler service, restart computer.

Once computer completely reboots, check if Devices and Printers not loading issue on Windows 10 still occurs.

Solution 4: Enable Bluetooth Support service

There are instances when bluetooth support services cause issues with the configurations settings such as a disabled service. To fix this, make sure Bluetooth support service is enabled.

To do this:

  1. Press Windows key + R on your keyboard to open RUN dialog box.
  2. At RUN dialog box, type services.msc and press Enter or click OK to open Services window.
  3. At Service window, Scroll down and locate Bluetooth Support service.
  4. Right click on Bluetooth Support service and click Properties from the drop down menu
  5. At Properties window, stay on General tab.
  6. Make sure to set Startup Type to Automatic.
  7. Click Apply to apply changes made.
  8. Click OK to exit Properties window.
  9. Restart PC.

Solution 5: Install the latest Windows Updates

Most the time, missing windows updates can cause issues and glitch that can also cause some windows settings to not load when trying to access. To fix this, you may need to check for and install missing updates.

To do this:

  1. Press Windows or Start Button.
  2. Click Settings, an icon that looks like a gear. This will open the Windows settings.
  3. Click Update and Security
  4. Click Windows Update at left pane.
  5. Click Check for updates. Windows will now search for and install updates. Wait for it to complete.
  6. After Windows update is complete, close Windows settings
