Adding or changing details of a saved contact is easy. In this brief tutorial, we’ll show you how to edit the details of a particular contact that you previously saved on your Galaxy Note10+.

How to edit a Contact on Galaxy  Note10+

Follow these steps to begin editing a contact on your Galaxy Note10+:

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Open Contacts app.
  3. Select a contact.
  4. Tap Edit.
  5. Edit any of following:
      • Name
      • Work
      • Phone (To add a pause (a 2-second delay between numbers) or wait, tap *+# then tap Pause or Wait.)
      • Email
      • Groups
  6. Tap Save.

Items in a contact depends on the account that’s associated with it (e.g. Phone, SIM, Google, etc.). For example, a contact saved under your Google account may have more details or items that you can edit or add than a contact saved in your SIM or Phone
