If you are using a screen protector on your Galaxy S10 and noticed that the screen has become slow or unresponsive, you can turn on Touch sensitivity to improve screen responsiveness. The Galaxy S10 uses capacitive multi-touch technology so there’s no option to manually change responsiveness or recalibrate the screen.
