Galaxy A80 No Signal fix #1: Verify network is working
Before you perform troubleshooting on your Galaxy A80, you want to make sure that there’s no network issue. There’s a number of things that you can try to achieve that. The simplest though is to check using another device. If you have another phone that connects to the same network, try to see if that device is losing signal as well.
If you have no other phone to use, you can also try to see if the signal returns if you make a voice call. Sometimes, loss of signal is temporary but can be forced to return during calls. Try that and see what happens.
