How to a dd friends in Roblox

There are three ways to add friends in Roblox using your PC. You can add a friend while using the search field in your home page or while playing a Roblox game. 

Add friends while in a Roblox game

You can add people while in a game through the Game Menu in Roblox. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Click the button found at the top right corner of the screen to access the Game Menu or press Esc key.
  1. Select the Players tab from the options.
  1. Find the player’s username and click the Add friend button. A friend request will be sent to that specific player you have selected and once the request has been accepted then you should be able to see them in the friends list.

Another way to add friends while in the middle of a game is through the Player side menu. Refer to the steps below. 

  1. Access the Player Menu found at the top-left corner of your screen.
  2. Search the player you want to add to your friends list.
  3. Click on the username located at the side bar. 
  4. Choose Send friend request from the options. 

Add friends from your Roblox Homepage

You can also add new friends from the Roblox Main Menu provided that you have the username of the friend you wish to add. Ensure to login to your Roblox account and then follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your Roblox account using your login credentials.
  2. Select the Friends tab located at the left side of the screen.
  1. On the search field, enter the username you wish to add on your friend list.
  2. Select the Username in People to send friend requests to your friends on Roblox. 
  1. Find your friend’s profile from the results and click Add friend to send the friend request. Once the friend request has been accepted, their username will be added on your friends list. You can then invite them to play on the same game server. 

How to accept a friend request

Adding friends in Roblox by accepting the request sent to the account is easy. All the pending friend requests sent to your Roblox account are found in the Friends tab. You have the option to accept or decline the request from other users on your profile. Take note that a user can only add up to 200 friends in the gaming platform.

How to delete a friend on the list

In case a user wants to remove a certain user from the list, the instruction are as follows:

  1. Select Friends from the Roblox Main Menu.
  2. From the Friends list, select the username you wish to remove.
  3. Click the Unfriend button found in the user’s profile. The user will be removed right away from your account.
