Samsung Galaxy A5 Camera Photos Are Blurry

Problem: i have Samsung galaxy a5. i am issue with my camera. actually when i take normal pictures it is ok but when i try to take pictures of close things or text, image gets blurry, and my camera won’t focus at all. kindly solve my problem please please. and also i have already cleared cache, reset phone but this problem still present kindly give suggestion i will be thankful to you guys. looking forward to hearing from you soon

Solution: Try to check the camera lens and make sure that it is free from any smudges as this can affect the way the camera focuses on a subject. If necessary you should clean the lens using a microfiber cloth.

When taking a picture at close range make sure that the lighting condition is good. There’s also a minimum focusing distance where the camera can work so make sure that when you take a photo it is within this distance.

In case the issue still persists at this point then you will have to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked as this could already be caused by a faulty camera assembly.

Samsung Galaxy A5 Camera Photos Have Exclamation Mark

Problem: Hi there, I have a Samsung A5 and when I take pics or video it seems to capture them but when I go to the gallery all that is displayed is a grey box with an ! in the middle.  Really frustrating as I have lost many great pics. I have an SD card which hardly has anything on it. I have tried clearing the memory cache and that seems to solve the problem for a while and then it starts again.  I’ve searched online and seen a similar issue for other Samsung models but not seen a permanent fix for a A5. Have you come across this on the A5 please? If so, any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Solution: In most cases the problem is caused by a faulty microSD card, especially if the camera saves the photos in this card. What you will want to do right now is to change the default save location to the internal storage of the phone then check if the issue still occurs. If it doesn’t then you will have to get a new microSD card. In case the problem still occurs even when the photos are saved to the internal storage of the phone then this could already be caused by a software glitch. The best way to proceed in this case is to backup your phone data then do a factory reset.

Samsung Galaxy A5 Video Recording Fails

Problem: My phone is Samsung A5 , and the problem im currently having is that the video recording of my phone fails multiple times a day and when it happens, i’ll have to restart my phone. I did some research on google and some people say try checking it in safe mode, but the thing is by entering safe mode, it means restarting the phone, but the video recording works fine right after the restart.

Solution: If the issue disappears after the phone is restarted then this could be caused by a software glitch. Try clearing the cache and data of the camera app then check if the issue still occurs. If it does then you should consider doing a factory reset. Make sure to backup your phone data before doing the reset.
