Problem: Hello! I was just pushed the latest Android 9 Pie update this morning. I installed it this evening at 6pm and ever since I have been fighting with my phone. I haven’t seen anything online about these issues. It happens when I try to access ANYTHING from the home screen. I can’t get into my contacts, my messenger, my email, etc. Basically anything that has connection to the home screen. I can swipe to other home screen tiles. Every time I try to do something the error pops up “Samsung Experience Home keeps stopping…” Have you encountered anything like his. I have tried clearing the cache, as well as rebooting several times. But the issue persists. Really the only thing I can do on the home screen is acknowledge the error and send feedback, which i’ve done, many times. Also, the my phone is running ridiculously slow because of it. Until the update I was perfectly happy with a quick clean phone. Any help will be welcomed with open arms!

- Press the Power key to select.

- When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device.

Perform a factory reset

- Press Power button to select.

- Press the Power key to restart the device.
