Method 1: Set the time and date setting of your phone to automatic to fix error code 33
Since this issue is caused by a time synchronization issue between your phone clock and the game server you should make sure to set your phone time and date settings to automatic. The procedure will differ between various Android phone models.

Setting time and date to automatic
- Open the Settings app.
You can do this by swiping up from the home screen and tapping on Settings.
- Tap on System.
This will open your phone system settings.
- Tap on Date & Time.
This will open the date and time settings of your phone.
