- Open Threema.
You can easily do this by swiping up from the home screen and tapping the app icon.
- Tap More.
This is the three vertical dots found at the top right part of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
This will allow you to manage the various app settings.
- Tap Privacy.
This will open the Threema app privacy settings.
- Tap Block unknown to place a check mark on its box.
This will allow only people on your contact list to send you messages.
Blocking a contact on Threema
If you would like to block someone on your contact list from sending you a message then here’s what you need to do.
- Open Threema.
- Tap on Contacts.
- Tap the contact you would like to block.
- Tap on the More option on the upper right side of the window.
- Tap Block contact.
