Set up Samsung account on Galaxy S25

A Samsung account unlocks key Galaxy features like Galaxy Store downloads, Find My Mobile, Samsung Cloud options, SmartThings sync, and Samsung Wallet services. If you just got a Galaxy S25, setting it up early avoids feature restrictions later.

Before you sign in or create an account

  • Connect your Galaxy S25 to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  • Keep an email address or phone number ready for verification.
  • If you already have a Samsung account, make sure you know your password.
  • If you use 2-step verification, keep your backup verification method available.

  • Service unavailable error: verify network and date/time settings, then retry.
