Set up Samsung account on Galaxy S25
A Samsung account unlocks key Galaxy features like Galaxy Store downloads, Find My Mobile, Samsung Cloud options, SmartThings sync, and Samsung Wallet services. If you just got a Galaxy S25, setting it up early avoids feature restrictions later.
Before you sign in or create an account
- Connect your Galaxy S25 to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Keep an email address or phone number ready for verification.
- If you already have a Samsung account, make sure you know your password.
- If you use 2-step verification, keep your backup verification method available.
Set up Samsung account during first-time phone setup
- When the setup wizard reaches the Samsung account screen, tap Sign in (or Create account).

How to remove or switch Samsung account later
- Go to Settings > Manage accounts.
- Select your Samsung account.

- Sign in with another Samsung account if you’re switching users.
