Method 1: Check the server status

After You have finished changing DNS you need to flush your cache
Open Command Prompt, In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
Method 9: Reinstall Dead by Daylight
