Call of Duty: Mobile Now Available on the Play Store

Activision’s Call of Duty: Mobile is now available for smartphones and tablets after the game was teased and subsequently announced not too long ago. In terms of gaming performance, Call of Duty: Mobile offers a great alternative to the current lot of first-person shooter games available on the platform. Given the large fanbase of the Call of Duty franchise, the developers expect this game to strike a chord with all of them. But at the same time, gamers new to the franchise should also find this game to their liking.

While it will be foolish to expect console level graphics or performance from a mobile game, the trailer and gameplay videos suggest Activision has put in a lot of work into making this a great game for mobile devices. In terms of features, CoD: Mobile introduces multiple new maps and elaborate gaming modes like a dedicated zombie mode as well as a 100-person Battle Royale mode. The game also brings other playing modes like Team Deathmatch, Hardpoint, Domination, and Frontline.

Thankfully, the game is free to download for Android and iOS devices but comes with ads and in-app purchases. Although developers are often criticized for offering an advantage to paying customers, Activision has promised to keep things pretty neutral with this particular offering. If you’re looking for a good new FPS game on your Android device, this has to be pretty high up on your list right now. Be sure to check it out on the Play Store.

Alternatively, if you’ve already played the game, be sure to let us know what you think of it.
