ABUKAI has its own set of templates for expense reports, although customers are free to leave a message to the developers if they have any preferences for templates. You can even setup the app to post directly onto your company’s web page, making it a convenient tool for those trying to cut down on the bulk of their accounting job. Further, users can post their expenses onto services like Insperity ExpensAble, Intacct, Intuit QuickBooks, Mint, Sage, and Xero Accounting, making it a breeze for everyone to use.

Naturally, the mobile app is linked with the web version of Shoeboxed, allowing you to sync your expenses in real time from your phone/tablet or the computer. What makes this app excellent is the fact that it comes with human verification of data, making it an ideal tool for every accounting firm or business. Given that it involves working with numbers, being accurate is of the utmost importance.

Once you have uploaded your image, the app will ask you to confirm the details. This will save you the trouble of having the wrong entries on your expense reports.
