Samsung Teases the Galaxy Tab S6 and the Watch Active2; Official Launch Imminent

For long, it was believed that Samsung will launch the Galaxy Tab S6 and the Galaxy Watch Active2 alongside the Galaxy Note 10. But that doesn’t appear to be the case with the Korean manufacturer officially confirming the early arrival of the tablet and wearable through a video teaser. The video mentions that the official launch will take place later this week, starting with the Galaxy Tab S6 on July 30. In typical Samsung fashion, the teasers give away pretty much all the key features of the two new devices.

The Galaxy Tab S6 is revealed to have a SIM card slot, which also confirms LTE connectivity. There’s a stylus on board that docks on the back of the tablet, while Samsung also teases a keyboard accessory for the device. We expect there to be a bunch of surprises on board as well.

The Galaxy Watch Active2 still remains a mystery, although it’s pretty clear that the heart-rate sensor and the rumored ECG functionality will be the real highlights on this wearable. Samsung will also possibly offer the Watch Active2 in leather bands, among other options. It’s clear at this point that the next 8 days will be action packed for Samsung as well as its fans. Signing off with the Galaxy Note 10 on the 7th of August, the company will put an end to months of rumors and speculations about the phone’s hardware specifications.
