How To Fix Vivo V15 Pro Can’t Send MMS Issue
Before doing any of the recommended troubleshooting steps for this particular problem it’s best to make sure that the phone is running on the latest software version first. If an update is available then I suggest that you download and install it first. Once the phone software is updated proceed with the steps listed below.
Carriers will usually require two things from a phone before it is able to send and receive an MMS. First, it must have an active mobile data subscription and that it is getting a strong mobile data signal, preferably LTE. Second, it should have the correct APN settings. Since these settings are unique for each carrier you should compare your phone APN settings to what your carrier is using and make the necessary changes if needed. You can get your carrier APN settings from their website or you can also get it by calling their customer service hotline.
In case both conditions are met by your phone then proceed with the additional troubleshooting steps listed below.
Perform a soft reset
You will want to refresh the phone software which can be done easily by simply restarting the device. Although this is usually done on an unresponsive device this will also work in this case.

- Wait as the device restarts.
Check if the issue still occurs.

Wipe the cache partition of the phone
There are cases when the cached data stored in the dedicated partition of the phone can become corrupted. When this happens this this will usually cause certain issues to occur on the phone. To eliminate the possibility that this is what’s causing the problem you will have to wipe the cache partition of the phone from the recovery mode.

- Release all buttons when Fastboot Mode appears.
- In this mode select “Recovery”. Use Volume Down to navigate and the Power key to confirm that.
