Carriers will usually require two things from a phone before it is able to send and receive an MMS. First, it must have an active mobile data subscription and that it is getting a strong mobile data signal, preferably LTE. Second, it should have the correct APN settings. Perform a soft reset

Start the phone in Safe Mode

• Press the volume key to highlight the Wipe cache option then the power key to select it
• Use the volume keys to go to “reboot system now” and press the power key.

Check if the issue still occurs.

Perform a factory reset

In case the above steps fails to fix the Vivo V15 Pro can’t send MMS issue then there’s a possibility that this is caused by a system glitch. The best way to deal with this right now is to perform a factory reset. Make sure to backup your phone data before doing the reset.

• Press and hold the Volume Down + Power key together for a short while.
