Perform a soft reset

You should refresh the phone software to eliminate the possibility of the problem being caused by a minor software glitch. This can be done easily by simply restarting the device. Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down until the device powers off, approximately 8 seconds, then release.

• Press the volume key to highlight the Wipe cache option then the power key to select it
• Use the volume keys to go to “reboot system now” and press the power key.

Perform a factory reset

In case the phone still does not turn on then one last troubleshooting step you can perform is a factory reset. Take note that this will erase your phone data.

• Press and hold the Volume Down + Power key together for a short while.
• Release all buttons when Fastboot Mode appears.
