How To Fix The Samsung Galaxy A30 Moisture Detected Error Issue

Perform a soft reset

To find out what the exact app is you will need to do a trial and error method. Start the phone normally then uninstall an app. Once this is done check if the issue still occurs. Wipe the cache partition
It’s possible that corrupted system cached data is causing this problem. It’s therefore a good idea to delete this data as the phone will just rebuild this when it starts again.
- Turn off the phone.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key, then press and hold the Power key.
- When the device logo screen displays, release only the Power key
- When the Android logo displays, release all keys (‘Installing system update’ will show for about 30 – 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
- Press the Volume down key several times key to highlight ‘wipe cache partition.’
- Press the Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight ‘yes’ and press the Power key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, ‘Reboot system now’ is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device.
Check if the issue still occurs.
Perform a factory reset
One last troubleshooting step to consider if you are still experiencing the Samsung Galaxy A30 moisture detected error issue is a factory reset. This will bring your phone back to its original factory condition. Take note that your phone data will be deleted in the process so make sure to backup your phone data before proceeding.
- Turn off the phone.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key, then press and hold the Power key.
- When the device logo screen displays, release only the Power key
- When the Android logo displays, release all keys (‘Installing system update’ will show for about 30 – 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).

- Press the Volume down key until ‘Yes — delete all user data’ is highlighted.
- Press Power button to select and start the master reset.
- When the master reset is complete, ‘Reboot system now’ is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device.
- With no apps installed in the phone, try to check if the issue still occurs.
