How To Fix The Oppo Find X Won’t Turn On Issue

One of the major issues that can affect your phone is when it fails to turn on. This can be a frustrating experience especially if you have important data that you would like to access on your device. There are several factors that can cause this problem such as a faulty hardware component. If this is a hardware related problem then the best way to deal with this is to have the phone repaired at a service center. This issue can also be caused by a software glitch which can be fixed by following the troubleshooting steps listed below.

Charge the phone battery

The first thing that you will have to do is to make sure that the problem is not caused by a drained battery. To eliminate this possibility you will need to charge your phone first.

  • Clean the charging port of the phone using a can of compressed air. Make sure that any dirt or debris stuck in this port is removed.
  • Fully charge the phone using its wall charger.
  • In case the phone does not charge then try using a different charging cord and wall charger. You should also try charging the phone from a computer USB port in case charging using the wall charger fails to work.

Once the battery has been fully charged try turning on the phone. If it still does not turn on then proceed with the additional troubleshooting steps listed below.

Perform a soft reset
