How To Fix The Huawei P20 Moisture Detected Error Issue

What you will want to do in this case is to make sure that the phone is dry. Wipe the exterior part with a dry cloth then use a hair dryer to remove any moisture in the phone charging port. Make sure your phone software is updated

Start the phone in Safe Mode

• Turn off your phone.
• Press and hold Volume UP button along with Power button on your  device simultaneously for a few seconds
• The phone will enter the stock recovery mode
• Use volume buttons to highlight ‘wipe cache partition’ and use power key to select it
• Reboot the system once the process is completed

Check if the issue still occurs.

Perform a factory reset
