That said, you get a whole 12GB of data, 3000 minutes in talk time and 3000 messages. You actually have calling and text features here, whereas many of the data-only SIMs today don’t. Other SIM cards are data-only, requiring you to rely on social platforms for talk and text ability.

ThreeUK does put limits on your SIM card, though. You can only use it in phones, and cannot use it for video streaming, nor tethering or mobile hotspots.

3) Mobal Europe Plus SIM

In second place on our countdown, we’re looking at the Mobal Europe Plus SIM. With your purchase of the SIM card, you get a free 1GB of data to use in Sicily, and really, almost any European country. Once used up, you’ll pay for any additional 1GB used. Talk and text rates are additional cost, and sit at 30¢ per minute rates in all countries.

That said, this one is a little bit on the pricier side of things, with talk and text being more expensive than many countries in the world.

4) Internet with legs Trio

In fourth place, we have another choice from ThreeUK — what they’re calling the Internet with Legs Trio SIM card. This is one of the data-only SIM cards that we were talking about, therefore limiting you to social platforms for communication with friends and family members abroad. Internet with Legs still brings you 4G LTE data while in Sicily.

We should note that this SIM card only works with phones that are GSM unlocked. And in addition to that, it comes with just 3GB of data to use while in Sicily, but can be topped off with more data whenever you need.

5) Keepgo Global Lifetime SIM Card

And finally, we have Keepgo’s Global Lifetime SIM Card. If you’re looking for fast 4G LTE data in Sicily, but not in large amounts, this SIM card will be right up your alley.
