Despite the fact that this is one of the most powerful Android smartphone model available in the market it still does suffer from certain issues. One such issue that you might experience is when you are unable to turn on the device. When this happens the first thing you will need to do is to make sure that the phone battery is fully charged by following the steps listed below.

  • Clean the charging port of the phone using a can of compressed air. Make sure that any dirt or debris stuck in this port is removed.
  • Fully charge the phone using its wall charger.

  • Turn off the device.
  • Press and hold the Volume Up button.
  • While holding the Volume Up button, connect USB charger to the phone.
