How to Fix Galaxy S25 Network Lock After Factory Reset

Several Galaxy S25 owners are experiencing connectivity issues with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or mobile data. The following fixes address the most common network and connection problems.

Fix #1: Toggle Airplane Mode

A quick airplane mode cycle forces the Galaxy S25 to reconnect to the network.

  1. Swipe down from the top to open Quick Settings.
  2. Tap Airplane Mode to turn it on.
  3. Wait 30 seconds, then tap it again to turn it off.

Fix #2: Force Restart

  1. Press and hold Volume Down + Power for about 10 seconds.
  2. Release when the Samsung logo appears.

Fix #3: Reset Network Settings

This clears all Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile data settings to factory defaults.

  1. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset.
  2. Tap Reset Network Settings.
  3. Confirm and restart the phone.
