First solution: End Facebook and force stop background apps.

- Swipe down from the Notification bar.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Tap the General tab.
- Select Apps & notifications.
- Tap App info.

- Select Force Stop option.

Should there be any corrupted cached files from the system folders that might have caused conflict with the Facebook app operations, it will be cleared in the process. Here’s how to wipe cache partition on your LG V35 ThinQ:
- Tap Apps from the Home screen.
- Then tap Settings.
