How To Change Signature In Outlook

Creating a new signature in Outlook may seem intimidating, but it can be done fairly easily. Your only big hurdle is that Outlook can be relatively confusing after some of the most recent user interface changes. It makes it a little difficult to find the settings for customizing different aspects of the email client.

Changing Your Signature

All you have to do is open a new e-mail message and go to the Message tab. From there, click on Signature and then click Signatures. Pick the e-mail you want and then select New under Select signature to edit. Doing this will allow you to type a new name for the signature in the Edit Signature box. After that, you’re done and you have an all-new signature ready to go in Outlook.
