Honor 9X could launch in a unique gradient color

Huawei’s subsidiary, Honor, will be launching their new smartphone, the Honor 9X, later this month on July 23. However, some leaked packaging indicates that the phone could launch in a unique gradient color.

The packaging is a white box, but with purple and blue accents. We’re sure that this is the official Honor 9X box as well, as it was posted on Weibo — the Chinese social networking platform — by Honor’s Vice President.

The packaging is pretty much what you would expect out of a smartphone box. There’s no indication of what specs we’re looking at, as the bottom of the box wasn’t pictured.

That said, the colors adorned on the box could indicate that we’ll see an Honor 9X with a gradient, instead of the solid colors that we’re used to seeing.

However, current rumors suggest that the Honor 9X could have a pop-up camera, and a Pro variant might feature four sensors on the back.
