There are two easy ways to turn off background data usage on a Galaxy Note10+. The first one is by going under the app settings and the other via mobile data interface. Learn how to do each one below.
Method 1: Disable Galaxy Note10+ background data usage via app
If you have an idea which app is running in the background, this first method is preferable.
- From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Select the app.
- Tap Mobile data.
- Check the app’s foreground and background and see if it’s okay to let the app run in the background.
- If you don’t want it to run in the background, move the switch to the left to turn it off.
Method 2: Disable Galaxy Note10+ background data usage via mobile data
