AT&T Adding Free Spotify Premium Subscription To Its Premium Wireless Plan
AT&T has just updated its Unlimited &More Premium plan to include a free subscription to Spotify Premium. Customers of this plan get any one subscription among Cinemax, HBO, Pandora Premium, SHOWTIME, Starz, and VRV. The addition of Spotify Premium to this list will unlock unlimited music streaming as well as podcasts and other content.
In related news, AT&T is also offering a 6-month free trial of Spotify Premium for customers of the Unlimited &More Premium plan. However, this is only applicable for customers who haven’t previously unlocked a Spotify Premium free trial via AT&T. Eligible customers should receive an email with details of the free trial.
Under the Unlimited &More Premium plan, customers are eligible for unlimited talk, text and data. Customers can enjoy blasting fast 4G LTE speeds up to 22GB per month, with speeds throttled post the monthly limit. It’s not a cheap plan by any measure, and it has the honor of being the most expensive plan on AT&T. A single line will cost you $80 per month, while a family of four can get it for $190, bringing down the cost to $47.5 per line.
It’s clear that the addition of Spotify Premium will save a lot of money for existing users. However, it’s just as tempting to go with any of the other options like HBO or SHOWTIME. Are you an existing customer of the plan? Which option have you chosen?
