When a number calls you with Truecaller, you should quickly and easily get some information on the name of the person calling, as well as the general location.
Truecaller actually has a massive spam database as well. If a spam number tries to ring your phone, Truecaller can warn you about the number calling. If one gets through, you can add the number to the spam database, and Truecaller will warn other Truecaller users about it.
