US government could launch investigation into Google

After tech billionaire Peter Thiel made some remarks about Google, President Trump sent out a tweet, indicating that the US could launch a treason investigation into Google on grounds that they’re working with the Chinese government.

Thiel — also a Facebook board member — at the National Conservatism Conference, said that Google could be facing infiltration by the Chinese government.

Of course, this is a mere tweet, and no official investigation has launched, that we know of. However, after comments from Thiel, and now this statement from the President, it could very well be over the horizon.
